Travellers arriving in the Netherlands from certain countries and regions should self-quarantine for 10 days. Even if you do not have any symptoms or if you have tested negative for COVID-19. Once in the Netherlands, you can self-quarantine at home or in temporary or holiday accommodation.

Latvia Visa Requirements and Application Guidelines. |

General required documents for Latvian Schengen visa application:
Fill the Latvian visa online application form.
2 photos must be attached; the photo should be of passport format – a recent whole-face capture with a light background
Your passport and copies of your previous visas – valid for at least 3 months beyond return date – are required. Your passport must have at least two blank pages.
Travel health insurance confirmation of minimum 30,000 € coverage within Latvia and the entire Schengen area.A cover letter stating the purpose of your travel to Latvia and itinerary.Flight Itinerary with dates and flight numbers specifying entry and exit from Latvia

. Кроме того, суд может принять решение о приостановлении деятельности компании на 3 месяца, что сулит огромные убытки из-за простоя (Франция). Также нелегалу довольно сложно будет найти и место проживания.
Даже при получении рабочего места нелегальный работник рискует заплатить штраф в размере около 1 тыс. евро и быть депортированным назад в Польшу, при этом получив запрет на въезд в страны ЕС в течение пяти лет.
Среди недостатков поиска работы за рубежом с помощью лизинга можно перечислить следующее:
- возможное отсутствие гарантий постоянного трудоустройства (в зависимости от договора);
- отсутствие социальных гарантий и льгот;
- низкий уровень правовой защищенности работника (несоблюдение прав, связанных с вредными условиями работы, прав работника при увольнении и т. д.).
Исключения из правил
Однако существует и ряд исключений. Так, предприятия из одного государства ЕС имеют право делегировать своих работников на территорию других стран в связи с производственной необходимостью. Это положение касается и работников компании из других стран. Но таким специалистам необходимо иметь статус постоянного пребывания в Польше и числиться на предприятии минимум год.
Другая возможность работать по польской визе в странах Европы – наличие собственного зарегистрированного бизнеса в Польше.
Все остальные способы, кроме краткосрочных командировок (до 3-х мес.), являются нелегальными.
